Realty firm NB Group plans to invest ₹350 crore in a luxury housing project, ‘NB Palm’, in Ahmedabad, consisting of 136 apartments on a 6,300 square yard land parcel.
The project is priced at ₹6,500 per sq ft, with apartments starting from ₹2.5 crore.
The investment will primarily come from internal accruals.
CMD Nishith Shah highlighted the steady growth in Ahmedabad’s housing market, with around 18,700-19,000 residential units sold in 2025.
He noted the rising demand for premium housing due to changing consumer preferences, while affordable and mid-range segments remain essential.
Established in 2014, NB Group has launched eight projects with approximately 1,000 units, and over 500 homes are currently under construction, further solidifying its presence in the market.
